My business facebook page is not allowing me to tag products in facebook ads

I have forced synced the products on my wordpress website through Facebook for woocommerce plugin, the connection is still working, but no products are showing on my business facebook commerce manager catalogue. Please advise. Many thank.

I'm wondering if there's anything preventing them from appearing in the catalog or ad? You may need to check the settings in your commerce manager or manually add them within your catalog. If you can't figure out the issue, I'd suggest you reach out to Facebook support.
