MVL & company property asset

I am thinking of voluntarily closing my business as I wish to retire.

I have few creditors and a large debtors book and retained profits. I also have a large commercial property within the company as an asset.

What can I do with the property if I do close the company?

Either the property can be sold and cash equity paid to shareholders as a distribution or alternatively, the property itself can be distributed to the shareholders as a 'distribution in specie'
