Multi Channel Sales Software?????

Most business people who trade through their website want to trade on ebay, Amazon, Pixmania etc..

No doubt you all are using a multi channel sales software already.

May I ask what is that you like in these software's or what you dislike or what you want to have them implemented?

I am just doing a quick survey to see what others are using who are in same position as me, before I make a decision.

You can just reply with one word or 1000 word. Ive left this question open as I am hoping that with replies we get we start to build the picture up.

LinnWorks is a very good product and often gets recommended on this forum. I looked at it and it did everything I wanted but was too expensive for my size of business.

ANY Software is a benefit, as it removes some human interaction.

A suggestion woudl be for you to detail some of the attributes of the business, such as sales channels, inventory type, rough value of turn over and that'll help give us a better idea of where you and the business are are at to make any suggestions

Like my good friend Matthew said, fur us to help you out we would need to know more about your needs to assist you further.

Let me be blunt...everyone needs multi-channel software and everyone will benefit from it. What it comes down to usually is cost/benefit analysis. Very small businesses will not pass the cost/benefit threshold so they will not purchase however if it was free, they would use it.

So now you know you need it, you need to detail what you need specifically from it, or what areas need to be more specialised for you. For example if you have a strong need to sell in Poland, you would need someone who worked with Allegro most likely. If you needed to be able to create listings on your Magento store then ChannelGrabber would be good.

Obviously, this post is quite flippant currently as I can't advise you without knowing what business you have, where you sell, what kind of procedure do you use for your online selling. There are so many questions that to even begin to recommend a multi-channel eCommerce software solution like ChannelGrabber, we would need to know your business.

I am not here for sales so what every you tell me, I will advise you on what is best for your business regardless of who it is because I wouldn't want people to get talked in to using ChannelGrabber if it was not right for them. And Matthew will be even more unbiased than me.
