mr combi course

Anyone been on it?
I want to send one of the lads on it, and just wondering if its worth it? alternatively i might buy the dvd and pass it around, but its £120.

I havent been on this course myself but a friend of mine went on it last year. He thought it was usefull and judging by significant drop in boiler related phone calls I get from him he has definatley learned something or become more confident in his own abilities.

Thats what im after to stop the lad in question ringing me so much, he didnt by any chance get the dvd did he?

Had a word with my mate and the short answer is no. His firm said they would send him on the course or buy the DVD's but not both. So he opted for the hands on approach. He thought this would be better as he could ask questions.

I've not been on it but have heared good reports from people that have done it.

Learning how to wire Y plans and S plans is always a handy skill to have too. It looks so complicated but is so so simple when you get your head around it. It's A skill lost to the fast track course combi generation.

I love wiring and fault finding on control systems. I'm a sad git though.

i have done and it is well worth the money JUST do it!!!

I went on it last year ad found it very useful. Made me much more confident with boiler breakdowns. Worth going on.
