I own and run a small ltd company in the UK.
I am considering moving to Ireland permanently but would leave the ltd company running in the UK under management. I will still take a small wage from the company and continue to work for it while overseas. My question is should I register as a tax resident in Ireland and sub contract to the UK company ie submit an invoice every month or should I remain on the payroll somehow?
