Moved threads

I am guessing a new members thread has been moved to a section i cant access as a non paying member

However I can see the title of the thread in general business - just when i click on it i get a "thread can't be found" message

Surely if it has been removed - I shouldn't be able to see any reference to it

The thread has been deleted by one of our moderators.

The forum has a "soft delete" approach for threads. This is for a couple of reasons (data continuity, moderators/staff still being able to see the contents) but does mean that if you view a "deleted" thread without the appropriate permissions associated with viewing "deleted" threads then you'll get that "Thread can't be found" message.

As for seeing it in the thread list; if I view the thread list from an account with the same permission levels as you I cannot see it. I suspect this might be a caching issue, but if you're still seeing the issue after clearing your cache or from another device then I'll need to take a look at your account configuration to see what we go wrong.

Please let me know if you can still see the thread after clearing the cache or from another device.

must have been cached - strange as i hadnt noticed it until i went into the thread list - it wasnt showing as most recent in the main menu and had come on since i was last on the forum.

Maybe i logged in as it was deleted
