More Prestashop Help Needed

Today, I logged into the back office to change the order status of orders that had been shipped, however when I go the the order tab, I can see the customer orders, but when I click on the far right icon, it takes me to the order page, but nothing loads up apart from the tab headers, no order status change buttons nothing! I have tried on my 2 laptops and iPad and on Firefox and IE. Nothing.

Very confused.

No Probs John! Glad I could sort it for you.

For the benefit of any other Prestashop owners here; if you happen to have blank pages loading in Prestashop it may well be that your installation is exceeding it's memory allocation in your php configuration.

In this instanace, adding the following to your .htaccess file may do the trick :

php_value memory_limit 64M

(change 64M to the required upper limit. e.g. 32M, 64M, 128M etc.)
