    i invest in property
    but what we do is buy a property and do it up and allways done well
    what we buy a flat or house
    new wiring , new heating system , plaster skim, new kitchen and new bathroom and paint and decor
    by doing we have allways made money on top after paying off every thing i am based in london i don't know about you in your area might work or might not work

    My uncle put this in an account for me when i was young and i now have to look for a business oppotunity in England to invest in.

    I have started a promotion business offering discount cards to students, residents and the local workforce around the UK
    cards last 1 year for the price of £5 we sell then a number of ways including licensed street sales and internet sales.

    An investment is needed so that we may expand quickly and be in every student town/city in the UK before august this year.

    We are looking for an investment of around £20,000 for expansion and marketing.

    1. its not a half baked idea its a launched company which is making money.
    2. this is not the biggest i agree, it is being done better than anyone else before us(please note that i am responsible for making the biggest out their the biggest before i left to go it alone)
    3. i have been posting in forums for weeks and getting smart arse know it alls such as yourself going on as if you know it all, how about i sit you down for a lesson in business? Rule number one= do your research!

    I was simply refering to the fact that it is not easy trying to find an investor online and that it will probably never happen. As if im just going to log in to a forum and say hey somebody send me some money, give me some credit.

    Now go and find something better to do instead of being an irritating jobsworth!

    listen peckerwood i can build this business without an investment i just want to get it done faster so would hardly call trying to multiply somebodys money for them begging. Go read a dictionary wow you really are a jobsworth lol

    Excuse my ignorance mate, but haven't NUS cards been giving you this benefit for free for decades. I certainly remember I used to get free burger if I bought a Big Mac meal, added to that you got discounts off numerous other offerings.

    no its nothing like NUS as we offer free entry to nightclubs as opposed to 1 or 2 pounds off(we also give queue jumps) and we offer discounts to everyone not just students.

    We offer discounts at venues which would not otherwise do no offers what so ever as well as businesses that would we try to make all deals exclusive. NUS is more for the huge chains, but it is your local businesses whom we cater for with a vision to approach larger chains once we have a decent enough portfolio.

    OK Fair enough, I'm sure you know your business better than me.

    Can I ask is www.localvipcard.co.uk yours? If it is mate you need to get it looked at. I'm a Web Developer and just had a quick little play on your site and assumed it wasn't working as the screen wasn't changing, it was only then that I thought that the information might be below the fold of my screen, but I can assure you plenty of people would've left thinking it wasn't working by then.

    We have been going for two months but only now getting the time to go and expand. they had two towns launched when i joined that company, i was great at my job but was treated like dirt not to mention unpaid for most of my wages owed. what makes me better than them is that i was the talent both distributing the cards and signing up. I took them to new hights and was **** on so i went in to direct competition with them and i will win! This is the only job i have ever enjoyed which is another reason for launching a similar product

    If your goal on here is to find investment then you may wish to revise the way that you present yourself. At the present time you do not appeal as an investment, not because of the business (though far from attractive to me) but because of the way that you conduct yourself in conversation. You seem to think that you are an incredible asset, but in terms of procuring investment I am afraid that you are a liability.
