Mobile card reader

Hi all

I am looking for some recommendations for companies that hire mobile card readers, so I can take payment for goods by Debit/credit cards.

I have just phoned one but they require 3 months business statements because my business is based at home, this is just a start up business and I am going to be selling products from stalls so I will need a mobile card reader straight away! not 3 months down the line as I will be missing alot of trade because some people may not have cash.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hi i have used cardsave for the last 12 months. Only needed to sign up for 12 months. But make sure you cancel a month before your 12 month contract ends if youwant toend it or it automatically rolls over and they sting you for a cancellation fee and another 12 months rental! Apart from the ridiculous small print i missed above! They gave me reasonable rates and i havent had a problem with them 27p for debit cards 1.6% for credit cards plus £30 per month terminal rental. Mobile terminals are always more expensive to rent £30 per month was the best i could find.

Forgot to say, i didt need to provide any bank statements only a voided cheque to prove i had a business bank account, they just estimated my turover for the frst 12 months i was a new business.

I have a mobile terminal with 123send and the merchant account with Streamline.

There are also 'chipandpinsolutions'.
