I posted this earlier but think I have put it under the wrong section so here goes again.
Hi folks, I'm new to this forum.
I have a query regarding a dispute with a mobile telephone contractor (Three) I was hoping for some advice. After not getting anywhere with a dispute for over six months, I eventually cancelled the direct debits with a stance of 'I'll see you in court'. In hindsight I should have taken them to small claims court to get the contract terminated, but as it is I sent notification of cancelling giving them 2 weeks to respond, and then terminated the contract and figured I should leave it to Three to take me to court where I have absolutely no doubt they would lose.
My query is this - can any dispute with the company adversely affect my personal credit rating? Or are the two entities (limited company and personal credit record) completely separate? My company address is the same as my personal address which is what gives me the issue.
