Hi

Not sure if this is in he right section.
I have recently started a Mobile Bar company selling Alcohol at events, i always apply for a TEN's but i am limited to 50 a year on my personal licence, is there a way of the company having a Licence so that i dont run out before the year is up.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks
Simon

Simon - a company cannot give a TEN; it must be an individual.
Note also that a TEN given by an "associate" of yours or a person in business with you counts towards the 50 maximum.
Associate is:
the spouse of that person;
b. a child, parent, grandchild, grandparent, brother or sister of that person;
c. an agent or employee of that person; or
d. the spouse of a person within (b) or (c).
This is only a partial reply. There are other licensing considerations.
I will try to revert on that if possible.

Regarding employees, see my previous post: they are "associates" and any TEN given by your employee counts towards your 50 maximum.
I am not an expert in licensing law. However it would seem that what you need to do is arrange for the event organiser to get a premises licence. He will need a designated premise supervisor who will be you.
There may well be other ways. Have you studied how your competitors do this?
I see there is a website with some advice:
