Hi folks,
I'm in the early stages of launching my mobile bar business (selling alcohol from a van).
I have applied for my personal license and I'm up to speed with TEN's and licensing etc.
My question is regarding insurance.
The van has normal car insurance of course as it is my only vehicle. If I have a personal licence to sell alcohol, and I have personal liability insurance (to protect the public etc), is it actually illegal to operate WITHOUT business insurance on the van?
I.e. Is it possible to trade legally if I have all of the relevant licenses, car insurance and personal liability insurance?
What else do I actually need in terms of insurance?
Thank you so much for your help,
FF
