I'd have thought not... but for a UK-registered company with no trading activity, can the Micro-entity Balance Sheet filed with Companies House show '0' for Capital and Reserves?

If it is ltd by guarantee then it would indeed have 0 in all the boxes. If it has shares then it can't by definition be NIL as there must be a value for the shares.
