Micro company accounts / WebFiling

I need to submit micro company accounts for my Ltd and have been trying to do this via WebFiling for about a week. Unfortunately, I always get this error message

Sorry, there is a problem with the service​

You need to contact us so that we can help you with this issue.

and there has been no reaction from WebFiling support. The deadline for submission is now Sunday....

Anyone an idea? Is it possible to extend the deadline (weekend!)?

Have you tried going into your HMRC account and doing it from there - you can do HMRC and Companies House at the same time.

It may be a browser thing ( if their system isn't at fault) - you could try using a different browser or incognito/private browser window for the web page.

Clear all your cookies and try again plus make sure you are using the correct logins. I assume you have previously set up and registered to use webFiling service

Webfiling is definitely working I've been using it a lot today. As others have suggested I'd try a different browser or different PC/laptop if you are sure you have the correct log in details.

Thanks for all your messages. I tried everything, new browser, deleted cache & cookies, private browser - unfortunately same error.

Also tried to register a complete new account, still the error message.

The problem is that the deadline for deleting my company is Sunday(!). I only found out about this on Wednesday and have been trying to file the micro company accounts since then.

I have been in contact with Company House support and they have replied (do I understand correctly that they are not deleting the company in the meantime?):

For Companies House when you set up for webFiling you get sent a code by post this takes around five days ....... have you done this and got your authorisation code.

I have the auth code for the company and I filled the last account already online. So, I have no idea why it doesn't work
