The problem with some of the payment gateways is that they do not have an integration specification posted on the their websites. Or they only make it available for registered merchants.

So communities of shopping carts of freelancers who develop modules to support different payment services haven't got a clue unless some information is published. I checked some of the popular carts available and could not find a reference. It's not strange because the website also doesn't provide any documentation. My opinion is to seek alternative payment processors or if you have an account with them to ask them to post some technical info.
