Why would we bother offering to give even generalised business advice without her providing more information than necessary merely to satisfy our curiosity, then making out that she's simply not worthy to communicate with another human being?
This is what business is all about...

How the heck do you give generalised business advice and expect it to be relevant or useful?

I need help says someone, a response saying they need to use a wordpress site and gather data from customers is not helpful if someone has a tax query.

Generalisation doesn't equate to irrelevancy.
Come on son, you're better than that.

Generalisation without knowing the need and with the massive range of things people post about on the business forums would easily produce bad or irrelevant advice.
You tell us that you have xxxx problem in the business and have tried this and this its quite possible someone will come up with other avenues to explore or things to do.
You say 'I have a problem' then don't expect it to be solved without more information.
