Memorandum and articles of Association. How to get them?

Hi All,

Im trying to register a company in UK but i don't know how can i get the memorandum and Articles of Asociation?

I have been checking in Google and Company house but still not sure how to get them.

Does anyone know how to get them?

It depends if you want an electronic copy or a hard copy...because I think as has been said most formations agents/companies house will supply the electronic copy of this document inclusive in the formation (along with the incorporation certificate and company register).

Most will also give you the option to get a printed copy for an extra cost - if that's what you're looking at!

The Memorandum and Articles of Association are normally just coped from a boiler-plate standard template. The formation agent supplies this. This suits 99.9% of new companies.

In the internet era, emailed copies, as attached files, are fine. You can print it off yourself. 000's of companies are formed every day to do standard forms of trading. They don't need unique documents.
