Membership - not updated?

    My Business membership has auto renewed with Stripe and they sent me an email to confirm.

    Please can you update my account to full membership - Thanks.

    Umm, I can see why this has happened but it shouldn't have happened. The system is rejecting your 'early bird' lifetime discount because it's no longer available to be taken up.
    I'll manually apply the upgrade now, but it could happen again next year unless I find a fix in the next 12 months.

    Just renewed my membership but found the footer has been deleted. Doesn't everything go back to where it was or do I have to set everything up again from scratch? I hope not the latter...

    Just renewed my membership and sadly it hasn't changed any of the setting in UKBF.
    It looks like you have a similar issue to the one above, but your monthly membership expired before you updated the card on Stripe, which broke the link between your account here and your Stripe subscription.

    A colleague is on holiday until the New Year. I'll see if he can recover it, but if not, I'll cancel the subscription and refund the payment next week.

    It's been two weeks and still no update to my profile!!! I don't want a refund, I really want the membership that I paid for.

    So if someone in UKBF can update my profile, I'd be most grateful. 😓

    The subscription inside Stripe has lost it's link to your membership here. I've manually applied your upgrade to the expected renewal date this month hoping it will re-establish the link when it comes round on the 22nd.
    If it doesn't we'll need to cancel your subscription and set it up again.

    As said earlier, if it doesn't renew we will need to create the subscription again from scratch.
    I've cancelled your existing subscription and have refunded the payment to you so that you can start from fresh.
