It looks like you have a similar issue to the one above, but your monthly membership expired before you updated the card on Stripe, which broke the link between your account here and your Stripe subscription.Just renewed my membership and sadly it hasn't changed any of the setting in UKBF.
The subscription inside Stripe has lost it's link to your membership here. I've manually applied your upgrade to the expected renewal date this month hoping it will re-establish the link when it comes round on the 22nd.So if someone in UKBF can update my profile, I'd be most grateful.

If it doesn't we'll need to cancel your subscription and set it up again.
