Matching Quickbooks Balance to Actual Bank Account

I'm having trouble matching my quickbooks feed to my bank balance. Maybe some of the issues could be things like Mileage, I track how many miles I do then this comes off as an expense but obviously this isn't a physical payment coming off my bank balance only my profit. How should I log this? Plus I have purchased a couple of printers and equipment via my personal savings so although this comes off my profit as an expense it doesn't come of the bank balance. How can I correct this so that I don't get into bother? I'm a sole trader using Quickbooks Online. Cheers

Expenses that you do not physically pay to yourself for go through your Capital Account Drawings. The same with things you buy for the business.

One way to deal with this is to set up a Drawings account as a bank account.
