Mastermind Group Vs. Networking Group

I wanted to get peoples options on Mastermind Groups in comparison with Networking Groups. I have found both to be good at somethings and weak at others.

I only know of SPiN – www.usspin.com as a mastermind organization that has more then only one chapter.

I know of BNI www.bni.com, and Letip, and Chambers on the business networking end.

So what do you guys think? and do you know of any others?
