I sell a range of sports cams, they do not sell very well, one or two a month. I sold one recently, hurray, before sending it out I tested it. It arrived yesterday, today I got a request for money back. The guy says it has poor picture quality. I am guessing he is going to switch the cameras

So anyone marks their goods before sending them out, if so how?

Either a UV pen on the barcode / serial strip? Normally in the battery compartment etc.

I got given a link to a site, can't remember link though. It was a patented sticker, that is unremovable (it breaks like the game stickers do) but it's tiny and unobtrussive.

There are a few methods but the most cost effective method is uv pen, always mark it where someone may not check, like the battery compartment, or under the item, never do it on a case etc that can be replaced.

Been searching the net on this anyone have any idea who supplies such things and cost

Lot of comapnies sell, cheap. Go google.co.uk and search "security labels", "security holograms".

What I do: when I sell product I print warranty paper and put all serial numbers etc on it, stamp it. Also I attach warranty terms where it says "Warranty void if serial numbers dont match or are missing".
