Marketing Plan

Hey all,

I need help making a marketing plan, i mean i know what i want to do and how im going to do it but im worried about getting a customer base and how i go around attracting clients to my service.

My business is centered around buying garments and putting an embroidery or a print on them of the customers choice and selling them on. My main aim is police forces but im looking to get into smaller companys too.

I only want to start small and Im not bothered about growth as i just want this business to fund me i don't plan on changing the direction of the company all i want is a small profitable business.

Im new to the business world and could do with any help or advice i could get.
