We are looking for a marketing company to help us to plan a new arm of our business.

We need someone who can help us target certain industries and how to brand it and how to market our new service to them. We know what we want to do, we just need help to plan and structure it.

Obviously we know our way around trucks and freight, but can anyone advise us what to look for in the ideal marketing company. Also how should the consultancy be structured for the best results.

You seem to know what needs to be done just not how to go about it. A good marketer can help you target the right market with the right tools and activities. Set a budget that you are comfortable with and outline the scope of work you require (marketing strategy, new product/service launch).
