Hi
I've recently redone my whole website so now it is looking on par with the competitors, However, i need to get more traffic to the site to have a chance to convert. My prices are reasonable and range is good but im not getting many people view it per day. im marketing in a few facebook groups with up to 15000 members. what else can be done

It really depends on you! Have you got a marketing budget, or is it free marketing you're looking for?

Answering the question above is the starting point, you then need to do some customer and competitor research and create a marketing plan based on your time/resources.

We do our own SEO and rank on the first page of google for several brands of liquid, I used to sponsor some forums but they put there price up and we decided it was no longer worth it. We have sent out emails to previous customers. But will start doing this weekly. We cannot do PPC as google doesn't allow it for vape related products. What would be the best way to do something with referrals. Budget isn't very big atm as we are spending most our marketing to promote the store to the locals as we have moved location

You could offer money-off codes for recommending someone using a referral code (i.e. to the referrer and also to the referred). Put this in with the order so that it only goes to customers that have made a recent purchase (and are more inclined to recommend you to friends/family/colleagues etc).

I would close it down, thats what I did. vaping is just not profitable anymore as demand has faded. But if you wanna carry on then you could definiitely use ebay platform, to advertise your products and to advertise YOUR WEBSITE. I used to get 97% of my sales from ebay when comapred to my wesbite. If you want I can help you.

So you used to have a vape website that made no money so you closed it down ... but you can help the OP? Not sure you're the best person to help to be honest.

sorry mate I think youre having hard time understanding the question which is "Marketing a vape website", and this can be done through ebay where you can include links. I am offering free help and not trying to charge money for it, unlike you are.

If you're selling the new products then getting your url's up first with 'coming soon' and writing a blog post on the new product will make a big difference.
SEO in general is probably your best option. I doubt many affiliates would be interested in a referral program.

THIS is exactly what I wanted to recommend.

Coming Soon strategy works VERY well in the vaping industry as lots of vapers are following latest trends/waiting for models to come out etc.

And in general, long tail SEO is best way to beat the game here, when in many PPC channels vaping is prohibited.

if you have any UNIQUE products, then you should also do influencer marketing, this industry is perfect for that.
