Hi folks, we currently use mailchimp and have a pretty solid list however we deal both with the public and private sectors.
Mailchimp doesn't seem to like us having some email addresses which are genuine (they are customers signed up for news letters / marketting etc) because of their address for example "theoffice@" etc. It says they are too generic and it looks like spam.
Is there a way around adding these or is there a different email marketing platform that we should look at - maybe even just for these customers?
Any suggestions / help is appreciated!
