Magento Help Needed

Hi Guys, I've recently inherited a 75% finished magento project as a team member responsible has left. I'm pretty unfamiliar with magento but I do respect its complexity and I do understand the issues of someone who isnt 100% Magento jumping into a nearly finished product.

What I'm looking for is a Magento developer who I can sub contract the rest of the build out to or at least be my technical backup on it.

Please can someone give me an idea of what their rates / experience etc is and we can take it from there.

My heart goes out to you. Now I obviously don't know anything about the project so I'm making assumptions but I'd say it's a safe bet that there's a reason that team member left and I doubt it's actually 75% complete. The best advice I can give is start again with a platform like OpenCart or Prestashop.

I work with a number of Magento developers with my clients. I would certainly recommend a company called Comtecs. They are based in Tunbridge Wells, very affordable and they are great to deal with. If you need something you just pick the phone up.
