Magento - Automate Returns Process

Hi,

My store currently runs on Magento and we deal with all customer returns manually. Ie. we send them a returns form and they return the item along with the form and we then process the refund.

We like to automate this process so that the users can create a return without having to contact us first and we have a record of products getting returned etc. Can anyone recommend a good Magento extension for doing this?
