According to anyones personal experiance, what is considered to be the best peace of software for automatically taking sales from your eccomerce magento site and enter into zero accounts software

Perhaps the Xero Magento extension built specifically to do this...?

You're welcome.

If my memory serves me correctly, I have a feeling there may be a monthly subscription associated to usage of that extension (I may be wrong, I might be getting confused with another similar extension).

We use Magento and Xero, and have Unleashed as well, which is an online stock management system that basically sits between the two. Any orders taken in Magento get fed automatically through to Unleashed and from there to Xero. Unleashed also gives full stock management, costings etc. The three work really well together.
