MAC Email Probelms

Hi, wonder if anyone can help.

I've got a client who can't get an email address to send, but it will receive, she's owns a MAC on Sky Broadband.

I've tested the email on MAC and PC (not on her network), both work fine, and she says that she's spoken to Apple and everything is set up as it should be. Sky also reckon that it's not them.

I believe it's either a firewall issue or a SKY compatibility issue, but any suggestions would be welcome as she keeps bugging me about this (we're a creative company and not a tech expert company)

P.S I know I spelt PROBLEM wrong in the title.

i doubt it will be sky or the router, what type is the mail account imap or exchange? 99% mac mail problems are when people setup imap and get the outbound settings wrong, i would delete the account on the computer and re-add checking all details

Thanks guys, I'll forward this thread on to them to take look, hopefully they'll get it sorted. Oh and it's IMAP, my inclination is something they're setting up wrong, but as you many of you know...the client would never admit to that and it can only be my fault.
