Listing on Amazon via M2E Pro is a pain in the rear. Make sure each item has it's own ASIN, you may need to set this up as a new attribute. Find your product on Amazon and copy the ASIN to your product data.

The problem is we have our own product with EAN code, nobody is selling it yet. Ive been on chat with Amazon they said we need to first register company and ask for product section approval where we want to have our product then it should be ok

The bottom line....you are going to have to purchase barcodes for each product. In order to list on Amazon, each product needs an ASIN. If the product doesn't already exist, it will need a barcode....if you manufacture the product, it won't have a barcode, so you will need to purchase a unique barcode for each item.

Hopefully you don't have thousands of items... barcodes cost between 50p and £1 isn depending on how many you purchase.
