Ltd Company Trading As - Multiple Styles

Hi there,

The limited company is XYZ Ltd., and we are an internet company, so we will are trading as XYZ Internet.

Now XYZ Ltd. has branched out and started an e-commerce site selling internet server components.

Is it possible for XYZ Ltd. to have multiple trading styles, i.e.:

XYZ Ltd. T/A XYZ Internet ...AND...
XYZ Ltd. T/A Serverbits4U (thats an example name!)


Ideally we would want one current account for XYZ Ltd. that would accept payments for both XYZ Internet and Serverbits4U.

You can have as many trading styles as you wish, but you will have to talk to your bank about being able to accept payments under different names.

Your proposed plans are legal provided that you state the full company name on letterheads, invoices etc along with the Company Registration Number.
