Hi. I would like to know if I need to be ltd company registered to having a business account on trust pilot. I do sometimes photography work and I'm working as a self employed. I'm a bit confused on trust pilot registration , as asking for business name.

    Thanks in advance.

Can that not just be your own name? Add Photography to it to sound like a business.

I've just had a quick look at Trustpilot and all they mention is company name and website address. If you are self employed the company name will be the one that appears on the invoices and other correspondence you send out. Company is not a legally protected term, it can refer to any kind of business.

So then it's not a problem if I'm acting us self employed and freelancing on trust pilot?

    Thanks.

Yes you can. I put my business on Google when I was self employed.
