LTD Company Director Claiming SSP?

Can a limited company director who is also employed by the company claim SSP?

If so, does anyone know how? The website didn't make sense to me so any help much appreciated.

If they earn 118 per week through PAYE, then yes. Eventually the ltd company will be able to recover 2 weeks of the SSP from the government. It is paid through payroll.

The company would pay you.
Later the company would get some money.

If you need to go on the sick then company being reimbursed may be the least of your troubles.
