Ltd advice please.

When you go limited do you have to include ltd on your logo? when your sending out flyers do you need to state on there that you are a ltd company? thanks for any advice

Yes the company's name must be on all is documents. More info here

Ok so let's say my company is called bobs crisps ltd, my logo then would have to say bobs crisps ltd?? Or could I just write on bottom of flyers bobs crips is a trading name of bobs crisps ltd etc etc and keep the logo without the ltd ???

I think you are ok putting just Bob on your logo. Any material, eg fliers, would have to have Bob's Crisps Ltd on it somewhere.
