Low price web design partner?

Hello,

We are constantly being asked in the shop if "we do we websites" and whilst i'm happy to make a website including my own, i'm the first to admit that Design and images creation is something I know very little about. It seems a shame for me to turn down this work so im looking for a partner who I can pass small design jobs onto with a small cut going to my business. Problem being most web designers I have spoken to seem to want hundreds of pounds. The people who usually ask me are little businesses that just want an on-line presence. I fully understand that a great design job with functional code and seo is a big job and costs but there must be people out there who can make simple small sites at lo cost. If anyone thinks this is something they may be able to work with me on then please send me a PM.

I should be able to help with that. I work with a lot of University students to try and get them experience in the industry so we usually design a lot of websites for SME businesses.
