Lost receipts/invoices

Hi after reviewing my books I have noticed I had one or 2 reciepts/invoices missing. I have tried logging into my account (as I do not get paper ones) but they only store 12 months of my bills so I am not able to print it off!

What happens when you cant get hold of or lost an invoice?

Can you contact the company for copies? If you cannot get copies then look at what other evidence you have for the payments, eg entries on you bank statements.

At the end of the day I wouldn't worry too much about one or two invoices for small amounts.

Yeah it's there on the bank statement but I have one amount of £150 going into the bank which I have no idea what it was for!

Is it likely to be sales? If so, just include it. As above, losing an invoice/receipt here & there isn't going to cause too many problems.
