Looking for trusted manufacturers/suppliers

Hi all,
I have a business which sells sports items but want to start our own line of grip socks for sports players.
We have a few USP's, and want to take the next step but we are struggling to find a supplier.
Does anyone have any information or help regarding this, or can point us in the direction of a supplier?

Have you tried Leicester based UK manufacturers? There are a few well established sock factories there.

A lot will depend on how many you are looking to buy. There are always minimums for this sort of thing, some may be as low as 100, others could be 10,000 or more.

I have seen this as well, I would be happy with MOQ if I got a trusted supplier, as opposed to ordering blind from China.
Do you know of any companies?

hi, my uncle runs a factory in China producing children's clothing and I just started selling some in the UK (kids bathrobe/nightwear at the moment). I know he has connections that produce sportswear. However, as @pentel said, there would be a minimum for new orders. It's 2,000 pieces for Children's bathrobe so you might expect more for socks. Let me know if you are interested.

Yea Im thinking this might be the case with all Chinese manufacturers.
I am mostly concerned with quality checking and finding a trusted supplier, Ive also started trying to source them from European companies.

For QA, you can order some samples from suppliers but it usually takes time and could be a bit more complicated for customization. For a small business, sourcing from the EU might be a better option considering the overhead for sourcing from Chinese suppliers.
