Looking for some PHP coders

Hi Guys

Have a client who could do with some casual work doing on PHP, nothing major so am looking to pay about £10 per hour to self employed/sub contractor. Any one interested?

Could turn into more work as we go on but at the outset is needed as part of an offering aimed at start up businesses, not charging this out at mega bucks and exploiting you by the way!!

Any questions pm me.

Really don't want to offer it out of the country and feel that if I used guru or other freelance sites I will be bombarded with that type of offer. Would rather it was kept within the small business network so to speak.

I do alot of work with the computing department at a local college near me and have freelanced work to a few of the students on websites already this year with great success.

The few I give work to for websites (mainly css design, PHP coding) all have a great grasp of this industry already and I am sure would be more than willing to take on project work for the mentioned amount. They are all very intelligent and hardworking guys.

Please let me know if this is something you may be interested in and I can try set something up for you to get as many of them as you need.

I think at £10 its nothing to be looked down on but i think that sort of rate would be primarily suited towards people either currently in education or just having left education.

By all means post more information about the work and perhaps you will get a bite

£10/hour!! Are you not better paying the propper rate and getting someone who can code faster and better? It will save a lot of money in the long run. There is a big difference between getting something working in PHP and doing it well!!??!

£10/hour is pretty standard for off-shoring work. As others have mentioned, it's also a standard rate for students looking for casual work. Unless there's a good reason to do otherwise, why pay more?
