Looking for Quality Web Hosting

I've got a handful of sites and the total bandwidth being used each month is around 60gb and rising.

I current have a managed VPS with 1gb RAM but the thing is grinding to a halt. I could upgrade the RAM but due to recently adding a Magento site, I think I may need an improved processor as well so looking at the option of a dedicated box.

Current package costs me £145 a month. At the very minimum I would have to double the RAM and that would then cost me £160/month which although managed still seems pretty pricey to me but perhaps that's the going rate?

Can anyone recommend a company that will do a Linux dedicated box with plesk, doesn't tie you into a massive contract, is managed and has 24/7 phone support?

I haven't been particularly happy with the cloud to be honest as other websites are hosted on the same hardware and I've had downtime before despite it apparently not being able to affect me. I know there are some differences but seems like a buzz word for shared hosting to be honest.

I guess cloud is used in many terms and some may use it to mean shared hosting split across servers however this is actual virtual servers using xen technology that are fully seperate from each other.
