Paypal might be the most easy way for e-commerce website transaction, however, the transaction fee is a little too high. For example, currently it charges me 4.4%+$0.3, that's too much. When I withdraw money, it charges $30 and the bank also charges $10. Are there any alternatives for e-commerce website with lower transaction fee?

Where are you based (China?) and which countries are your customers purchasing from? This will help determine the payment processors available to you and the ones which are most suitable. PayPal fees here in the UK begin at 3.4% + £0.20 with no charges for withdrawals to GBP bank accounts.

I am running a phone acessories wholesale business in China, the clients are mainly in the EU and USA. It's a startup business so the rate is high, later I can apply 3.9%+$0.3, if my monthly sales exceed $100,000 the rate is 3.4%+$0.3. That's too expensive, I may think about international Alipay later.
