Looking for logo design software

^ ********^ i do my own book keeping and accounts with no trouble at all because i don't let it build up until the last minute. Saving myself time and money.
The point your trying to make there was completely irrelevant.

Do you even understand the point I was making...you should be able to make more money doing what you're good at than playing around trying to design a logo. You need to read a book called the E-Myth - it will enlighten you as to your need to delegate tasks.

Remote Resources

This is the funniest thread I have seen on UKBF for some time.

I was initially going to suggest Fivesquids as there are some fab designers on there if you aren't overly fussy. Then I saw the heated exchange about the £25 logo and decided it would be downright cruel to inflict you on them. You should realise that paying £25 will get you a £25 service - it sounds like you took your pound of flesh then came back for the bones.

+1 for Inkscape. I use it to design everything as it does it in vector format so you can make it huge or tiny without losing the quality. Then you can export it as a bitmap so it will still be good quality (It's very easy to tell which companies have tinkered around on paint to make their logo!!)

If you have a logo or part of a logo, it's fairly easy to trace it (either automatically or manually).
