Looking for fulfillment service | Pick, pack, ship in UK only

Hello,

I am looking for a fulfillment service in UK that can receive my products in bulk, store them then pick, pack and ship to customer in UK as I sell it and send shipping details via CSV file.

My products are in fashion accessories and jewelry category. Small envelope/box are enough to ship, max weight cca 300 grams.

I have used google to find several companies, some are automated so they cant work with my csv files, some are not responding to quote questions and some are "expensive", GBP 4+.

If anyone works with any good fulfillment company and/or can recommend I would appreciate it.

Good Morning Leonis,

I work for a fulfilment company that would be able to deal with your request. We are able to accept CSV files for orders.

It depends what you deem as "expensive", if £4.00 includes the actual postage costs and it cannot go as a "large letter" but has to go as a packet with Royal Mail, I think that you would be hard pushed to find a fulfilment company to get much change out of £4.00. If they are doing it for significantly less than this I would question the type of service that they would able to provide at those costs. In fact I would be very wary of them and would suggest that if you do find a service for this price then you go and visit them before you commit to ensure that you are happy with their processes etc.

I have spoken to people before who only make a couple of pounds per order, if this is the case it is unlikely that a fulfilment company would be able to help.

I use www.thefulfillmentco.com - you can send them your orders as a CSV file if you want (using an upload function on their order management system), although they have a set format, if you want to use your own format of CSV file not sure if they can do that.
