I am considering starting an online store, but I desperately need some help with my website. can anyone here give me some advices on free web templates? thanks!

How many products will you be selling
What feature specific things would you like?
Payment gateways?

Draw up a list of required functionality first then post this to get better ideas of the best cart to consider.

Whilst design is important it is not as important as getting the correct ecommerce solution.

There are lots of excellent ecommerce solutions to use many that are open source so you don't have to pay a penny. Beware though not all ecommerce solutions are equal and some are bad for SEO so make sure you read lots of reviews on which cms would work best for you.
