How come? And also, do you really need someone local? You're limiting your search quite a lot that way and generally face to face meetings are totally unnecessary.

Totally agree- we launch 45-50 new omnichannel shops a month, our sales team is 3 people, we have only one project manager and 45 designers. All stay in-house- face to face meeting has been successfully replaced by procedures, ticketing system and online meetings with shared desktop.
All is trackable, all is easily accessible for our customers. Such organized approach saves the time of customers and us, provides superior service within the regular price. Face to face meetings does not give a warranty of personal approach and quality.

Correct, it doesn't and generally it's just a massive waste of time that could be spent producing a better site.

If you are happy to work with an e-commerce specialist agency in Bristol, send me a message. It is just me and a designer, I've been in the e-comm industry for over 10 years and worked with the likes of Matalan, DHL, Warehouse, JJB Sports, WH Smiths, National Trust, LV, Axa in my past before setting up my own agency. Happy to make a phone call or skype call if you need it to be more personal - you'll rarely have face to face meetings and find even local agencies will just phone you after the first meeting anyway.
