Hi there,
Im the Director and share holder of a recently created Limited Company run my myself.
Im Spanish, non UK resident and I dont live in the UK full time, although I will be travelling there regularly.
My company is based in London and will be carrying out its businness in the arts and entertainment industry.
Basically, we will organize and produce live music events and club nights in various venues accross London for the spanish comunnity. We will sell our tickets directly to members of the public (not companies).
We will only trade 5 or 6 days a year (whenever there's an event booked, normally bimonthly or quarterly) with an estimated yearly turnover below the VAT treshold (65k to 70k if lucky)
Our accountancy and book keeping will be extremely basic and straightforward as for each event we will have Expenses paid in cash and income from the ticket sales after expenses had all been paid going into the bank. Therefore, we wont have complicated accounts, suppliers, debtors, creditors and all that jabla, jabla I'm not even interested in.
I will be using Kashflow online software in order to keep records of all our income and expenses.
What I'm looking for is basically an accountant based in London able to:

- Be available for "face to face" appointments and consultancy whenever I need to discuss anything in person or otherwise over the phone and email.
- Filling up of our annual return to Companies House
- Corporation Tax
- Basic run of PAYE for myself as Director and only employee of the company under the Personal allowance limit (no NI and no TAX) and the set up of dividends so I can get the profit made from my company as "Dividends" monthly or quarterly after taxes.
- Director's Self assesments
- FEU (Foreign Entertainers witholding tax) dealing.
- Book keeping and accountancy under a fixed fee according to the level of complexity of our accounts and type of business.
