Looking for accounting / bookkeeping

I am setting up a new bricks and mortar store, that will also sell over the web (probably most sales will be web sales)

I moved to the Uk from US, so not 100% familiar with all the tax regulations and so forth

any advise on a account/bookkeeper that charges a monthly fee to do this work and prepare tax / vat returns ? (it's a LTD company)
