I have an LLP in UK. Both partners are non UK resident and the LLP has no presence in UK.

We are looking for an accountant who can do for us the basic fillings and obligations. Please DM.

Not true. In UK an LLP is required to have a registered office address. It's not mandatory for an LLP to have a representative physically present at the registered office.
