Looking for a UK supplier of used clothes bales for Africa

Hi, I’m new to the forum and I'm looking for some advice.
I'm from Côte d'Ivoire ( West Africa) living abroad since 5 years
I have a partner company based in Africa with a second hand clothes wholesale business. We have just completed our first purchase from France and not that happy with what we received. I'm looking for a UK based second hand clothes wholesaler, which provides very good quality sorted clothes. With sorted clothes I mean it's gotta be sorted like tropical mix for summer ( men , women , childs, shoes and bags). The company rapidly expanding.
Because the market is flooded by second hand clothes wholesalers, it's really hard to find out which ones are reliable and can provide the quality.
Because of the first purchase was disappointing, that's why I'm here, looking for some advice in order to find the best possible supplier.

Transport and everything sorted, we really just need to find the best supplier(s) who we could build a long term business relationship.
Any advice, hints, tips would be greatly appreciated and thank you for your time to read my post.
