London venue recommendations?

Hi folks,

I'm looking for a venue in London to have a business meeting (approx 2 hours) in a private space (which I'm happy to pay for) and then lunch (in their restaurant, not private) next week.

Mid-price range would be ideal and I'm conscious it's near to Christmas so the options will be limited....but any advice or recommendations please?

Thanks!

Given you are probably not going to move heaven and earth to get to a specific place just because it has space to offer and a mid-price meal, maybe it would be best to work out where all the participants are coming from, pick an area where it is convenient for all, and then find a "local" pub or restaurant near the tube/station who are slightly off the beaten track. That might work better than someone suggesting a great place in Enfield when you are coming in to Victoria station!!

I am sure even at Christmas, on a weekday lunch you may find somewhere that will chuck in a room for free if they know you are buying lunch.

You haven't really provided enough information for anyone to give you meaningful recommendations.

If you want a venue that offers meeting space plus dining you need a hotel, a member's club (for example do you have a director that is a member of IOD), or a business centre that offers catering.

As others have said start with the location in London you want to be in and then you can identify venues you can approach to check availability/budget/numbers.
