A good Logo represent the Identity of business and Should be Well designed by considering many professional Factors .
Color Scheme is most Important .
Quality logos are simple , memorable , time less , unique and appropriate .good in color as well as in black & white .

I'd also consider how well it works at different scales - ideally it should be recognisable and still have meaning at everything from a teeny twitter icon up to a huge poster size.

Of course, the other option is to have a range, with a smaller part used at small scales and a bigger logo, often with text, used where there is room.

A transparent background. So that when it is used over a coloured background the logo doesn't have a horrible white shape behind it.
